WITO is an APP for damage reports. The simple usability of this app makes paper and pen obsolte.
Damage reports can bei saved as PDF or Excel files and sent.
Reports can also be sent to other mobile devices and be edited there if the WITO APP is installed.
Furthermore you can add a billing report and record working times and expenses. So you always know how much the costs are.
The main screen of the WITO APP shows two tap:, damage reports and billing reports.
Damage reports are meant for a quick and precise documentation of the damages of your project.
You can add images for the location, the damages before and after repair, as well as a descripiton.
Billing reports are for recording the working hours of the worker and expenses. They are shown in an overview with the most essential information on the main screen. So you alsways have the most important data ready at a glance.
Reports can be opened on any Android mobile device with installed WITO APP.

In the main window, create a new damage report with one click or create and edit an existing one.
Add damages to your damage report or edit existing ones.
Add photos of the damage as documentation: show an overview and the situation before and after repairs.
The status traffic light system shows the progress of repair work at a glance.
Add a zoomable plan to the report to show damage locations. Mark the position of each damage with a red dot.
Export and send damage reports as PDF or Excel files.
Create billing reports with one click or open and edit existing ones.
